Lehis Treasure is the gold, silver, and precious things he left when he departed into the wilderness with his family, provisions, and tents (1 Nephi 2:4). Nephi said that his father “left gold and silver, and all manner of riches” in the land of his inheritance because of the Lord’s commandments (1 Nephi 3:16).
Lehi’s sons gathered “our gold, and our silver, and our precious things” and offered them to Laban for the plates of brass (1 Nephi 3:22-24). After Laban saw that their property “was exceedingly great,” they fled from his servants and left the property behind, and it fell into Laban’s hands (1 Nephi 3:25-27).
