Streets are places where Ammon and his brethren taught the people. Ammon said, “we have taught them in their streets,” alongside teaching in houses, hills, temples, and synagogues (Alma 26:29).
After going forth to preach the word of God, Ammon and his brethren entered synagogues and houses. They “did preach the word in their streets” (Alma 32:1).
