Gidgiddoni’s bucklers are protective equipment made for the Nephites under Gidgiddoni’s instruction. Gidgiddoni caused the people to make weapons of war and to be strong with “armor, and with shields, and with bucklers” (3 Nephi 3:26).
The people made the bucklers “after the manner of his instruction” while they were sorrowful because of their enemies (3 Nephi 3:26).
